Images from the lab

DNA material, I'm analyzing now. This collection of samples is unique since it includes bone marrow-derived DNA from eight monozygotic twin pairs who developed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)...so the low number of eppendorf tubes might be misleading. This kind of samples are extremely rare and allow me to answer very specific scientific questions. Therefore, the value of this collection is equal to that of several thousands other ALL samples withdrawn from patients not having a co-twin with ALL.

Specific reagents allowing to analyze various genetic features of patients.

My laboratory notebook. I need to make notes about all the experiments in a way that allows other people to reproduce my results. Interestingly, this is the ICR's property and to bring it out from the institute is strictly prohibited.

No, this is definitely not my bench but my colleague's one. I thought it was much more interesting than mine since I can't generate this kind of fascinating chaos.
